Production Packer OpportunityFlowly Solutions is growing, and we need reliable Production Packers to join our warehouse team. You'll prep, check, and pack orders in a steady, hands-on environment where accuracy matters and good work gets noticed.What You'll Do:Pack finished goods into boxes following each customer's packing instructionsCheck items against packing slips so every order ships complete and correctPrint and attach shipping labels, close up cartons, and build pallets for outgoing loadsMove packed orders to the shipping area with hand trucks and pallet jacksCount inventory on a regular schedule and flag any shortages or discrepanciesWork with teammates to meet daily output goalsRestock supplies and keep your station clean, organized, and safeWhat We're Looking For:Experience in packing, fulfillment, assembly, or general warehouse work preferredBarcode scanner experience is a bonus, and we'll train you if you're new to itSharp eye for detail and pride in quality workAble to follow written procedures and communicate clearly with your teamDependable transportation and a strong attendance recordAble to stand and walk throughout your shift and safely lift up to 40 lbsPay & Benefits:$20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experienceIncentive bonuses tied to performanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysSchedule:Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PMNo weekendsExtra hours available when volume picks upFlowly Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
