We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Analyst to join our team and support billing operations, customer enrollment processing, compliance reporting, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and transactions using internal and third-party systems.
• Process customer enrollments, troubleshoot validation errors, and ensure timely utility submissions.
• Reconcile utility transactions and resolve exceptions.
• Ensure required customer and regulatory notifications are accurate and timely.
• Analyze billing and usage data to identify discrepancies and potential issues.
• Assist with regulatory filings and compliance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and operational records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, billing operations.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of MS SQL preferred.
• Energy, utility, billing, or regulatory experience is a plus.
