Packager OpportunityFlowly Solutions is expanding its operations! We are seeking an energetic Packager to handle product preparation, order verification, and packing execution. If you enjoy an active, fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering top-quality goods to customers, this team-oriented position is ideal for you.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect, wrap, and securely box finished products according to client packaging specifications prior to distribution.Apply accurate shipping labels, seal cartons, and stack boxes onto pallets to prepare outbound freight.Utilize hand trucks and pallet jacks to safely transfer packed inventory to staging lanes.Perform routine cycle counts and cross-check packing lists to maintain high order accuracy.Partner with fulfillment colleagues to hit daily target quotas and keep facility operations running on schedule.Keep packaging stations stocked with materials, clean, and hazard-free while following company safety standards.QualificationsBackground in warehouse packaging, order fulfillment, assembly, or general labor is helpful.Experience operating handheld barcode scanners or basic packaging tools is a plus (onsite training provided for eager learners).Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.Effective communication skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.Reliable transportation guaranteeing prompt daily attendance.Physical ability to stand or walk for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs safely.Compensation & BenefitsPay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourPerformance-based incentive bonusesHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with matchPaid time off and company holidaysWork ScheduleMonday - Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Weekends off)Overtime opportunities available based on operational volumeFlowly Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
