In this role, you'll safely transport plants, patio furniture, and garden essentials while ensuring each delivery arrives on time and ready to inspire.If you take pride in your work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team, you'll fit right in.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Safely operate company vehicles to deliver a little piece of the garden to our customers' homes through scheduled local deliveriesLoad, unload, and carefully secure plants, pottery, and outdoor living products for safe transportKeep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and road-ready; report any maintenance needs promptlyEnsure each delivery arrives at the right place, at the right time, and in perfect conditionDouble-check orders for accuracy and quality—because every plant and product mattersAssemble outdoor living products such as patio furniture and barbecues to help customers create their ideal outdoor spaceWhen you're not on the road, you'll help keep the nursery thriving by:Assisting customers with product selection, plant care tips, and general questionsStocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and helping maintain a beautifully organized storeOperating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions accuratelySupporting store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standardsDelivering friendly, knowledgeable service that makes every customer feel welcomeMaintain a neat, professional appearance that reflects our garden-inspired environmentRequirements include:General knowledge of plants and outdoor living products (or a willingness to learn and grow)A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer serviceValid driver's license with a clean driving record (held for at least 3 years)Must be 21 years of age or olderStrong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudeDependable, punctual, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamSalary Range $18.00 - $28.50This position requires some schedule flexibility, including overtime and weekend availability.
