Seasons Law P.C. is an award-winning estate planning law firm serving Northern California. We help families navigate some of life's most important moments—from creating estate plans to guiding loved ones through trust administration after the loss of a family member. Because many of our clients come to us during emotional and stressful times, we believe the first person they meet should make them feel welcomed, supported, and at ease.
We are seeking a Reception & Scheduling Coordinator to become the face and voice of our firm. This is much more than answering phones—you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional client experience while providing administrative support to our attorneys and legal team.
We are a close-knit, collaborative office that values compassion, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning. We offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits for full-time employees, and opportunities for growth and development. While we prefer to hire a full-time employee, we will consider part-time for an exceptionally qualified candidate.
