Protos Security - - Responsibilities: Perform highly visible, uniformed foot patrols throughout retail locations to deter theft and suspicious behavior; Carry a BSIS-approved firearm while on duty, and follow all applicable safety and use-of-force protocols; Follow the five-step observation process before engaging a suspect: Positive observation of entry, Positive observation of product selection, Continuous observation, Positive observation of concealment, Positive observation of bypassing points of sale; Upon completing all five observation steps, safely detain suspects and recover merchandise in accordance with company policy and California law; Collaborate with store management, law enforcement, and internal security teams as needed
