Service Desk -TPF/Courier

Our client, a leading organization in the administrative and operational support sector, is seeking a Service Desk -TPF/Courier to join their team. As a Service Desk -TPF/Courier, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting administrative and logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Pay Range: $21 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform form processing with high accuracy to support payroll and administrative functions
• Serve as a backup courier, handling mail transport and distribution across West Sacramento and Downtown Sacramento
• Coordinate mail and correspondence exchanges with various government offices and internal teams
• Maintain detailed daily reports and transport logs to ensure operational transparency
• Support cross-functional teams by managing incoming forms, postage operations, and adhering to security standards

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel for data entry and reporting
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move mail trays weighing approximately 10-13 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
