What You'll Do

  • Support the Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef in daily operations, execution, quality, and culture
  • Help lead and develop a high-performing BOH team that delivers consistency on every cover
  • Uphold food quality and presentation standards that guests notice and come back for
  • Step in as kitchen leader during manager absences, keeping standards intact
  • Partner with front of house leadership to ensure seamless, guest-first service
  • Support food cost, ordering, inventory, and operational systems with precision
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards

What You Bring

  • Current or recent salaried/key-holder kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • A genuine passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen teams at every level
  • Strong command of kitchen systems, processes, and execution standards
  • A stable career history that reflects upward progression and growing responsibility
