Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $33.80/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Schedules are determined by operational volume and regional needs. Weekend availability is required, and facilities may have varied closure schedules depending on client requirements
• Located in Roseville, California

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within your department and support cross-functional teams
• Drive accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
• Coach and develop team members while promoting a positive, collaborative culture
• Resolve discrepancies, support customer satisfaction, and maintain strong communication across departments
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently met

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a diverse team in a high-volume environment
• Solid computer skills; experience with warehouse systems is a plus
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for operational excellence
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or food distribution environments preferred
