We are revolutionizing energy recovery with innovative turboexpander technology that converts wasted gas pressure into clean, reliable electricity with zero emissions. Our systems serve natural gas, hydrogen, compressed air, and other process gas applications, empowering the global energy transition while delivering measurable financial and environmental impact. With recent growth funding, we are scaling production rapidly and expanding our global footprint.

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for building and leading a world-class sales organization to accelerate commercial growth in North America and globally. This individual will define go-to-market strategies, establish key customer and partner relationships in energy, hydrogen, and industrial gas markets, and drive adoption of our technology across utilities, midstream operators, hydrogen producers, and industrial end users. This is a high-visibility role that combines strategic leadership, business development, and hands-on execution to scale revenue and cement our leadership in turboexpander-based clean power.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in natural gas, hydrogen, and clean energy markets.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team, setting clear performance targets and fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Identify, pursue, and close large-scale commercial opportunities with utilities, midstream operators, industrial gas providers, and hydrogen infrastructure developers.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with EPCs, channel partners, and technology integrators to accelerate deployments.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align market feedback with product roadmap and commercialization strategy.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence to the executive team and Board.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with regulatory and standards bodies to enhance market presence.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive sales experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles within energy, oil & gas, hydrogen, cleantech, or industrial equipment markets.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and consistently exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
  • Strong network and experience selling into utilities, midstream gas, hydrogen producers, or industrial process markets.
  • Expertise in complex, technical solution sales ideally with power generation, turbomachinery, or industrial equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure strategic partnerships and negotiate large commercial contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to engage customers from the plant floor to the C-suite.
  • Results-oriented mindset with passion for accelerating the global clean energy transition.
