Req ID: JR101474 Engineer - HIG - HBM DesignOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.Responsibilities Design and analyze digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products, including technology development, advanced memory designs, product development, systems design and validation to create world‑class memory solutions. Collaborate with design and verification teams worldwide, supporting Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing groups to optimize manufacturing functions and ensure cost, quality, reliability, time‑to‑market, and customer satisfaction. Assist in the overall design, layout and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits, parasitic modeling, and design validation, reticle experiments and tape‑out revisions. Oversee layout processes such as floor‑planning, placement and routing. Perform verification using simulation with industry standard simulators. Contribute to cross‑group communication and standardization efforts. Work with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering teams to ensure accurate manufacturability and drive innovation into future memory generations. Perform semiconductor design engineering assignments, including chip layout circuits, circuit checking, documenting specifications, modifying and evaluating semiconductor devices and components.
