This position is classified as modified full‑time, 30‑39 hours per week with an average of 35 hours.What You'll NeedHigh school diploma (required).1‑2 years of retail keyholder experience in a consultative, customer‑focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred).Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking, standing, and moving items.Ability to move around the store and assist customers with merchandise as needed.Pay & BenefitsBase salary range: $42,000 – $47,250 per year.
