Job Details

HHM Hotels - - Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure hotel meets quality and sustainability standards; Replace ceiling tiles, sheet-rock, and wallpaper; install or repair sheetrock and wall coverings; Paint designated areas and items; replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, bulbs and fixtures; Perform minor plumbing functions; maintain guest satisfaction and follow Service Recovery Guidelines; Follow sustainability guidelines (EarthView) and OSHA/MSDS safety standards; perform other duties as requested
