What You'll Do

Elevate the Customer Experience & Drive Sales

• Deliver personalized, high-impact financial advice to both personal and business clients across multiple branch locations.
• Proactively cross-sell and match clients with elite banking products, from checking and savings to CDs, IRAs, and complex trust/estate accounts.
• Forge unbreakable client loyalty through relentless follow-up and elite relationship management, no matter which branch you are anchoring that day.
• Be the linchpin for our commercial clients, handling Treasury Services, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), courier logistics, and cash transport coordination.

Own Operations & Ironclad Compliance

• Open, manage, and service complex consumer and business accounts with speed and 100% regulatory compliance.
• Maintain an uncompromising standard for BSA, AML, and information security protocols at every branch you step into.
• Review and approve high-value transactions, audit daily reporting, and ensure absolute operational accuracy.
• Uphold top-tier branch security protocols and act as the first line of defense against fraud.

Lead & Mentor on the Move

• Instantly elevate the staff around you, providing on-the-spot coaching to ensure service consistency across all locations.
• Collaborate with multiple Branch Managers to deploy aggressive sales strategies and smash regional performance goals.
• Serve as the decisive, go-to authority for complex client escalations when regular branch leadership is unavailable.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of retail banking experience with proven mastery in account management and teller operations.
• Deep, working knowledge of BSA, AML, and Information Security requirements.
• A demonstrated superpower for quickly integrating into new teams, mastering new systems, and winning over varied client bases.
• A history of crushing sales goals and engineering tailored financial solutions.
• Highly proficient with core banking platforms and the MS Office Suite.
• Reliable transportation and the absolute flexibility to travel between assigned branches in the Folsom area as needed.
• Active Notary Public certification is highly preferred.
