General Purpose:Sierra View Country Club located in Roseville, CA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Expeditor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays. Kitchen and cooking experience desired.Pay:$19.00 - $21.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:* Assures that all material used by servers is clean and ready for daily operation* Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges* Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and other items needed for food delivery* Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run food to tables* Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards* Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket* Corrects menu items with the chef before delivering if they do not meet exact ticket specifications* Fills and refills water glasses and removes unused place settings* Clears dishes from in front of guests upon completion of course* Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs at table, replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins* Assists servers when needed* Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients* Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room* Incorporates safe work practices in job performance* Performs other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications for the Expeditor:* One month related experience or trainingOther Qualifications:* Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness* Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays
