Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local law enforcement as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and/or unauthorized access.; Monitor access points and verify identification, credentials, and/or visitor information in accordance with site procedures for a regulated financial services environment.; Support investigations of unusual activity, prepare clear incident reports, and maintain awareness of potential risks involving cash handling areas, restricted spaces, and/or sensitive operations.
