Ecommerce Category Manager (Patio GM)

Ecommerce Category Manager (Patio General Manager) Location: Sacramento, CA 95826 Remote Status: Hybrid (2 days a week in office) Role Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Patio General Manager to lead and grow our Patio category at Belami. This role is responsible for overseeing all Patio products and associated web properties, which generate over $40M in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will drive a comprehensive Patio strategy, lead sales and service initiatives, launch new brands and products, and optimize the digital customer experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Category Strategy Development & Execution (Pricing, Inventory, Promotions)
• Patio Vertical Execution, Performance Monitoring & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Seller, Brand & 3rd Party Partnership Management
• eCommerce Experience Optimization (Site, UX, Conversion)
• Data-Driven Sales & Profitability Management
• Market Analysis, Customer Insights & eCommerce Trend Monitoring

• Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams) & cloud-based file management systems
• Strong understanding of the eCommerce buying process and customer journey
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with strong execution and follow-through
• Clear and professional oral & written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and confident decision-making abilities
• High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail with alignment to company policies and goals.
• Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and dependable to deliver on commitments
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, including various holidays

• Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Economics preferred)
• 5+ years of eCommerce experience
• 3+ years of using analytics software
• 2+ years of team management experience (preferred)

• Annual Salary ($105,000 - $115,000 ) + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
