Pay Rate: $2200 to $2450 per week

Job Summary:
If your idea of a “slow shift” still involves a little adrenaline and a lot of quick thinking, you'll fit right in here. As an ER RN, you'll be the first line of care when it matters most—handling everything from minor mishaps to major emergencies with skill, speed, and a steady mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid triage and patient assessments
• Deliver emergency care for acute illnesses and injuries
• Administer medications, IVs, and life-saving treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes immediately
• Assist with trauma cases and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and healthcare teams
• Provide clear communication and reassurance to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license in California
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
• Strong clinical judgment and multitasking abilities
• Experience with trauma and emergency protocols
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• BLS and ACLS required (PALS and TNCC preferred)
