Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to supervisors and/or site contacts.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor assigned areas for suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues, and report conditions that could impact daily operations or client experience.; Support badge, visitor, and/or delivery procedures as directed by site-specific policies, helping to maintain orderly access control and professional interactions at all times.
