The Care Managers primary purpose and function is to provide quality care and experiences for our residents who live with health ailments and/or cognitive impairment resulting from the aging process, Alzheimers disease, dementia and other illnesses. Our Care Managers report directly to the Departments Director (Assisted Living Director or Memory Care Director). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Develop a naturally inspired relationship with our residents and their family members. Ensure care delivery is dignified and of quality standards.
