The Construction Coordinator will be responsible, but not limited to, the following: The Construction Coordinator 1 is responsible for providing administrative and functional support for program operations. These tasks include but are not limited to interacting with H&M personnel, clients to include direct and indirect customers and subcontractors for the collection of all project deliverables. In addition, the Construction Coordinator will maintain a project database that contains all deliverables tracking information and will also schedule and track jobs. The Construction Coordinator will facilitate the process for work order scheduling, updating customer and internal databases, communicating with customers and agencies, as well as resolving issues identified by operations.
