We specialize in restoring clothing, textiles, contents, and other cherished belongings affected by fire, flood, or mold, using proprietary processes in our own state of the art facility. We are a vertically integrated company and do not job-out work to other vendors.

We are dedicated to helping homeowners during challenging times, we provide emergency cleaning services with quick turnaround times and offer climate-controlled storage solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Sacramento, CA. The Account Manager will maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting adjusters and contractors to continue relationships and illustrate our premium services for the insured.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and experience with managing client accounts
• Background in restoration services, property management, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently, proactively manage schedules, and manage a sales effort effectively
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
• Proficiency in English or course; additional language skills are an advantage
