Project Management

In the development of advanced robotic systems for defense, Safran is strengthening its R&D team by recruiting a project manager dedicated to the autonomy of land robots for military applications. You will join a dynamic team at the heart of technological innovation and mobilized on strategic projects. Main missions:

  • Piloting R&D projects related to the autonomy of land robots (planning, resource management, budget control, and risk management).
  • Defining and coordinating technical activities: software architecture, sensor integration, algorithm development (AI, perception, navigation).
  • Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team: engineers, developers, business experts.
  • Ensuring the achievement of project milestones (specifications, prototypes, demonstrators, field tests).
  • Ensuring technical and operational interface with internal/external clients and partners, particularly industrial and institutional.
  • Ensuring documentary follow-up, compliance with quality, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Carrying out technological surveillance and participating in the definition of the innovation roadmap.
