Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and/or community access points while observing visitor, resident, and vendor activity and following assigned post orders.; Document security-related activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
