Job description: Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist for a 6-month contract with California state correctional facility in Represa, CA with the possibility of extension. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available based on your preference. Pay Rate: $163/hr - $170hr / 1099 Contractor Benefits: Competitive Sign-on-Bonus Specialty: Mental Health / Corrections Days & Shifts Mon-Thur/Tue-Fri 7am - 5pm, Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm, Inquire about 2x10, 3x10, or 2x8, 3x8, 4x8 schedules Requirements for Licensed Psychologist: 1 year of experience as a Licensed Psychologist Psychologist License/Certification (required) BLS from the American Heart Association (required) Key Responsbilities: Conduct mental health and suicide risk assessments Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and mental status exams Develop treatment plans and document care (SOAPE notes, reports) Participate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IDTT) meetings and case consultations Collaborate with staff and community programs to support rehabilitation and re-entry Ensure compliance with California laws, regulations, confidentiality, and mandated reporting Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $165 - $170 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
