Inventory Specialist positions require candidates to:

• Work with customer service representatives to resolve delivery issues related to incoming materials

• Review PO receipts from from shift drivers to ensure accuracy

• Serve as point of contact for all sample requests

• Coordinate delivery of materials to outside co-packers

• Participate in developing and maintaining accurate inventory processes

• Maintain component inventory control and ensure record accuracy

• Run variance and other operational reports

• Communicate policies, procedures, and updates to internal teams

• Communicate with external carriers regarding deliveries and returns

• Act as liaison with internal departments and external partners

• Provide guidance, training, and support to Material Handlers across shifts

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with safety, quality, and environmental requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Inventory Specialist positions:

• High school diploma or state equivalency

• 3+ years of warehouse or operations experience

• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret instructions, memos, and procedures

• Ability to write simple correspondence

• Basic math skills

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work rotating shifts as needed

Preferred candidates will also have:

• Experience interpreting safety rules and operating instructions

• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Access, PowerPoint (intermediate), and Excel

• Experience with WMS, JDE, DTS, JIRA, IBI/Showcase, and MS Office

• Strong analytical and problem?solving skills

• Ability to work with limited standardization and varied tasks

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
