Taco Bell - - Responsibilities: Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence.; Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management.; Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive feedback.; Address employee relations issues as they arise.; Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, while driving a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.
