Merrill Gardens - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.; Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (Chart by exception).; Document daily progress reports and communicate residents' needs to care team.; Assist with safety and mobility tasks while ensuring compassionate care.
