Bookkeeper - Temp to Hire
Location: Roseville, CA
Compensation: $26-$30 per hour

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is partnering with a growing company in Roseville that is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Post and reconcile daily transactions into the general ledger
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process expense reports and assist with vendor payments
- Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and accruals
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Prepare basic financial reports for management
- Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) or similar ERP
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Weekly pay while on assignment
