Guest Service & Hospitality • Deliver food promptly and accurately to guest tables.
• Present dishes with knowledge of menu items and assist servers in answering guest questions when needed.
• Ensure all plates are presented neatly, at the correct temperature, and with proper accompaniments.
• Support servers in anticipating guest needs by monitoring tables and refilling water, beverages, or condiments as appropriate.
Team Collaboration • Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist servers in resetting and clearing tables quickly to maximize table turnover.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure food orders are expedited efficiently and delivered to the correct guests.
Operational Support • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, ensuring trays, silverware, and glassware are prepared and stocked.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with Nevada health regulations.
• Assist with to-go orders, packaging, and running food to the host stand when necessary.
• Support large parties, VIPs, and special events by coordinating timing and service with the team.

Qualifications • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred, but not required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and dining service preferred.
