Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00

Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.

Overview of the Position:

As a Cleaning Team Member, you will be essential in creating a spotless and inviting environment for customers at Krispy Kreme. Your role will involve thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the entire store premises, including the parking lot and surrounding areas.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep all required areas both inside and outside the store
• Mop designated areas within the store
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot
• Wash windows for clarity
• Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms as needed
• Sanitize tables and chairs in the customer area
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including pressure washing and using cleaning chemicals
• Assist with unloading mix trucks and other miscellaneous duties
• Keep the stock room organized
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Basic literacy and math skills

• General fitness and mobility
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Nonessential Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Activity:

• Carrying, lifting, writing, bending, walking, stooping, grasping, standing, twisting, mopping, and communicating with customers and co-workers
• Sweeping and packing donut boxes

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently; must be physically active
• Using hand-trucks to push/pull products, often on ramps

Visual Acuity Requirements:

• Ability to read or distinguish cleaning agents by color

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions
• Un-air conditioned production areas may reach temperatures of 100 degrees for extended periods
• Exposure to noise in the production/processing area that may require shouting to be heard
