Position Summary

Our dishwashers are a vital part of our team. They make sure our kitchen is stocked with clean dishes, cooking equipment, and drinking essentials necessary for our kitchen and front of house.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly cleans and sorts dishes.
• Sets up and maintains a properly functioning dish station.
• Empty trash bins regularly.
• Clean and sanitize dish machine.
• Organize clean dishes properly.
• Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
• Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
• Must be able to assist with cleaning projects, a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen.
• Assist other stations when necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• Candidates must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and b able to work weekends and holidays.

Chef Saipin's cooking is deeply rooted in family tradition. Her recipes have been passed down through generations, inspired by both her grandmothers and her husband's grandmothers. This legacy lives on in our kitchen every day.

Lotus of Siam introduced America to the bold, soulful flavors of Northern Thailand-a cuisine distinct from the familiar Bangkok style. Our northern menu highlights aromatic herbs, complex spices, rich stews, and coconut-less curries that are layered, comforting, and deeply satisfying.
