Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm zadovolj clients search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script mere per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology

• Active California Real Estate License (or currently pursuing)

• Able to follow established processes while maintaining a high level of service
• Willingness to attend trainings, coaching, and team activities
• Reliable transportation and availability for showings and client appointments
• Strong time-management and self-leadership skills
