Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, analyzing purchasing needs, and providing solutions to enhance operational performance. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for cost-saving and process efficiency. This role also involves creating reports, monitoring workflows, and driving client success through strategic consultation.


Qualifications

  • Client relationship management, account management, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving to provide strategic recommendations
  • Experience with procurement processes, vendor negotiations, or supply chain management
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or ENT field is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Healthcare Management, or a related field
