• Pay: Commission pay ($60,000 $150,000+ annually)
• Benefits: Flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Intent Conversion: Rapidly respond to and nurture incoming buyer leads through our CRM.
• Market Dominance: Represent clients in property transactions across the Central Valley with expert local knowledge.
• Strategic Negotiations: Draft and negotiate complex real estate contracts to secure the best deals for your clients.
• Client Advocacy: Provide comprehensive support from the initial consultation through to a successful closing.

Compensation details: 60000-150000 Yearly Salary
