Pay Scale: Hourly wages are between $16.90 – 19.50 Schedule: Saturday 8-5 / Sunday 9-6

Duties include but are not limited to:

Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.

Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Assists office staff during no rush hours and whenever possible.

Assists with clerical duties as requested.

Files all business office documents.

Maintains a professional appearance.

Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills.

Professional appearance and work ethic.

Ability to work well in a process driven environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

All post-offer applicants must successfully complete pre-employment testing to include background checks, insurability, and drug testing to qualify for employment
