Analyze spend to find opportunities and verify delivery of financial results, communicating analysis simply while including key actionable insights. Research products and services, suppliers, pricing trends, cost drivers and benchmarks. Ensure alignment with functional and procurement partners on goals, deliverables, prioritization and deadlines throughout the process. Develop RFP Events on the ERP platform ensuring bidder engagement, complete and clear product and service requirements, appropriate capabilities questions for vendors, proper contract documents and bid templates that gather all the applicable cost elements. Perform analysis in Excel, including very complex datasets. Draft negotiation plans including key prioritized points and targets for both financial and non-financial elements. Document contracts ensuring clear and complete requirements and performance standards, mitigate risks and protect standard operational processes.
