You will support multiple clients in the construction, manufacturing and industrial sectors with high volume recruitment, as an extension of their internal recruitment function (think of yourself like a high performing fractional recruitment consultant).

Keep a candidate pipeline flowing for the clients you serve, interact directly with the clients as their partner and teammate, juggle multiple priorities (rapid pace!!), bring your high sense of urgency and organization, maintain client satisfaction and add value as a consultant.

Compensation DOE, base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus incentive bonuses.
