Your Role

The Application Services team is integral to enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering application development through a dynamic Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. As the IT Development Manager, you will report to the Director of IT Development, focusing on Integration and Interoperability Platform initiatives. This position is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of platform engineering, facilitating workflow automation, robotic process automation, and application integration.

In this role, you will manage technical scope, timelines, and team performance, while leading the modernization of release management practices. You'll accelerate the implementation of automation and AI to boost delivery speed, reliability, and scalability. Your Knowledge and Experience

• A college degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is necessary, including 3 years in management roles such as team leader, supervisor, or project/program manager.
• Strong proficiency in Agile delivery models, backlog management, and iterative development practices is essential.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and engaging effectively with all management levels.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Pega Platform, and/or Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
• Experience in work scheduling, prioritization, coaching, risk management, and delegation is important.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills are required.

• Desired experience with AI/ML concepts and tools, particularly regarding automation and integration.
• Expertise in process improvement, project management methodologies, or platform operations is a plus.
