Job Details

Washes all china, glass, and silverware. Cleans all equipment, pots, and pans pre, during, and post-event. Stores all equipment in proper locations. Sweeps and mop all floors in the kitchen/office areas. Maintains a clean and safe working environment. Practices safe work habits, follows all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, completes company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. Transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed. Monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs. Ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly. Performs and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility. Ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner. Assists with deliveries and stocking storeroom and side stations. Assists members in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
