Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in various aspects of applicable to property maintenance
- Demonstrated experience in fencing, decks, patio enclosures, landings, siding, window installation etc.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests
- Demonstrated ability to hook up and drive vehicle with utility trailer experience - highly preferred!!
- Demonstrated experience in carpentry (rough and finish)
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen
- Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
