• 8 + years as a Software Quality Assurance Lead.
• Experience is required in managing software / application testing for Insurance industry. Specialty and Commercial LOBs experience implementing new products and platforms is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge in Automation Testing Tools like Client QTP, Selenium, etc. is preferred and specifically how they are used in UI, Forms and Rating testing.
• Strong software engineering and development lifecycle knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience with planning and testing UI as well as back-office systems that require Web services or batch-based integrations and implementations.
• Knowledge with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, AppLoader, etc.) as well as data profiling for representative load testing is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft TFS and Test Manager (MTM) for test management is preferred.
• Quality Assurance leadership experience with Guidewire Insurance solutions is highly preferred.
