Job Description :
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate, and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Must Have Skills:

• 12+ years of non-internship professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, with expertise in Python programming, particularly using frameworks like Flask and FastAPI.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript frameworks, such as Angular and Vue.js, and GitHub Copilot is highly desirable.
• Intermediate experience in MySQL Database Development is preferred, along with familiarity with time-series databases like Prometheus.
• A strong understanding of Linux CI/CD workflows, GitHub Actions, and PCS cluster services.

• Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.

• Experience with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion).
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and advanced optimization techniques.
• Exposure to Zabbix monitoring solution.
• Exposure to open-source AI/ML tools within client ecosystems.
