Conducts design appointments for selections of options with new homebuyers. Provides buyers with product information, available upgrade options, pricing information within buyers budget limitations. Provides design guidance to buyers in selections by coordinating materials and colors to satisfy buyers requirements. Calculates pricing and prepares change order contract items for buyers review and enters data into BOSS. Handles all revisions relating to color selections and change order options in timely and accurate manner with phase cut off schedule adherence. Acts as liaison between construction, subcontractors, sales and field. Responds to questions from Field, Warranty and contractors on change orders and color selections and to buyers issues. Organizes, updates and replaces showroom samples. Assists in researching new products and provides recommendations based on buyers request. Education & Experience. High school graduate preferred.
