Customer Service Representative

Lexus of Roseville now hiring a customer service representative! Pay: $17 per hour. Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 9:30 am to 6 pm. Saturdays 7 am to 5:30 pm. Customer service representative responsibilities:

• Provide customer follow-up, recording and tracking progress.
• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries.
• Assist the office manager and/or general manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers for parts/service invoices.
• Run checks through check processing system for guarantee.
• Daily cash reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication presentation skills.
• Ability to manage one's own time.
• Typing and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of CDK a plus.
• Ability to solve basic math calculations.
