Project Manager Job Description:
• Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of multiple projects on time and within scope
• Manage deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
• Create document libraries to support / drive reporting for senior management
• Communicate and Coordinate with internal teams in support of team VP
• Work directly with internal clients to ensure deliverables across all projects
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and highlight overlap or conflicts
• Perform a variety of tasks in support of team VP
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Skills required:
• Extensive project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives that require outside the box thinking
• Excels in SharePoint, including but not limited to Site creation capabilities, use of content management tools and ability to build/manage large document "libraries"
• Excellent in MS Office 365 applications and integration options
• Strong time management skills
• Sourcing experience / Contract negotiation skills a plus but not a requirement, Technology Sourcing experience
• Ability to engage and interact with functional leads
• Ability to capture and analyze data to help make decisions
