Hemington Landscape Services Inc., a trusted name in commercial landscaping for over 40 years, is growing its Landscape Maintenance divisionand we're seeking a visionary, process-driven leader to build and lead it.

This is a rare opportunity to grow a new business line within an established, successful company. You'll shape the strategy, build the team, and drive operational and financial performance all while aligning with Hemington's core values:Service, Quality, and Character (S.Q.C.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Lead Operations: Create and refine a scalable, efficient landscape maintenance system.
  • Recruit & Develop Talent: Build, mentor, and lead a strong team while designing future leadership roles.
  • Drive Growth & Profitability: Oversee the division's P&L, implement sales and client retention strategies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Maintain high-quality service standards, meet performance benchmarks, and uphold Hemington's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of leadership experiencein commercial landscape maintenance, including team building, strategic planning, and operational management.
  • Proven track record ofP&L responsibilityand driving division-level growth.
  • Bachelor's degreein Business, Agribusiness, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional certifications will also be considered.
  • Strong background instrategic planning, financial management, leadership,andcommunication.
  • In-depth understanding of thecommercial landscape maintenance industryand operational best practices.
  • Knowledge of theregulatory environmentand compliance requirements is essential.
  • Professional certifications, such as aQualified Applicator Licenseor similar, are highly valued.
