A real estate rental company is seeking a motivated and personable Rental Leasing Agent to manage rental showings and leasing coordination throughout the Brooklyn area. This role includes responding to email inquiries, scheduling and conducting apartment showings, and independently managing your schedule. This is a part-time, remote role, but the candidate must be Brooklyn-based, with most showings in Crown Heights and surrounding neighborhoods. Training is provided.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responding to email inquiries from prospective renters
• Scheduling and conducting apartment showings
• Managing leasing coordination throughout Brooklyn
• Independently managing and organizing your schedule
• Meeting clients in person and guiding them through the rental process

Ideal Qualifications:

• Must be based in Brooklyn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible role
• Personable and confident meeting clients in person
• Organized and reliable with time management
