We invite skilled Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Roseville, California. This is a fantastic opportunity for PTAs seeking attractive pay, reliable hours, and the possibility of a permanent position.

Assignment Details

• 13-week travel contract
• 36 hours per week
• Day shift
• Skilled Nursing Facility environment

Compensation

• $45-$48/hour, dependent on experience
• Weekly pay option available

Key Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments as directed by a Physical Therapist
• Assist in patient evaluations and implement tailored treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Available to start ASAP
