Job Details

Our Client, an Agriculture Products company, is looking for a Seasonal Remote Pilot for their St. Paul, MN location. Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible for operating Matrice series drones with Sentera sensors to collect imagery of agricultural fields and researchtrials.

• Other duties may be assigned.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute drone flights and data collection at customer field locations.

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with data management and data delivery for customer projects.

• Proactively communicates scheduling problems and project conflicts and presents alternate solutions.

• Maintain and update project schedules for drone flights and data collections services.

• Operate, maintain, and repair drone and sensor payload equipment.

• Work closely with Sentera technical development team to test and utilize special and custom hardware and software products to support enterprise customer projects.

• Participate in regular team meetings via MS Teams and an occasional client call.

• Comply with Company policies and procedures.

  Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in an applicable technical field

• 0-2 years professional experience in digital or precision agriculture

• General experience in agriculture preferred but not required

• Part 107 Certified Small Unmanned Aircraft Pilot is required

• Valid driver's license

• Strong computer and technical skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Customer service oriented

• Analytical and detail-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and data

• Ability to work within a team or independently, with a can-do attitude, and willing to work until the job gets done
